Given the curved lever, this clamp was probably made in the 1980s.

Not quite the same as the old Campy bolt, but not nearly the same price either. And it will do the same job quite well.
- 19mm length measured inside-to-inside when the bolt is closed
- It is intended to be a replica of the Campangolo 8mm seat binder bolt
- If your seat lug doesn't have a keyway, just a round hole, these binders are just the ticket.
- These bolts have a knurled section to help them grip the inside of the seat-lug ear.

- This bolt measures 22mm inside-to-inside when the bolt is closed
- It is intended to be a replacement for the Campangolo 10mm seat binder bolt
- If your seat lug doesn't have a keyway, just a round hole, these binders are just the ticket.
