Litespeed was founded in 1986 by David Lynskey. It is currently owned by the American Bicycle Group, which also makes Quintana Roo and Obed Bikes. Litespeed makes titanium and carbon-fiber frames.

Litespeed Appalachian 54cm Titanium frameset with 1" headtube and steel fork. Used/$900.00 frame & fork

The Litespeed Appalachian was originally sold as a cyclcocross and touring frame, but modern riders have rediscovered it and found it works very well as a gravel bike.

The fork is an aftermarket steel threadless fork with both cantilever brake and rack braze-ons.

We believe this is one of the original Litespeeds and was made by the Lynskeys.
