Schwinn had a tool for getting the levers positioned properly on the bars. There was a time when Schwinn did everything right.

Schwinn approved Dia-Compe brake levers with safety levers and barrel adjusters. Used, $50.00

• We can convert these to non-safety levers.

The levers also have a quick-release.
