Fleetwood Edge Bows: Edge Takedown Recurve 62"/29lb | Edge Takedown Recurve 62"/35lb | Fleetwood bow case

The Edge features a beautiful multi-lamination riser made of dymond wood, white oak, and striking padouk ascents with attractive tapered limb pockets, as well as tapered ends on the belly of the riser, which makes for a more aesthetically pleasing bow.

The limb tips have also been redesigned and enhanced, to provide extra strength and beauty.

Java Man Archery Elkheart #1267 | Java Man Archery Elkheart E, #2283-0522

The manufacturer writes: My bows are built to exacting standards, with quietness, smoothness of draw, and no hand shock the main goals. You will also find some designs not readily available elsewhere. All of my bows are designed and built to be compatible with modern string materials. A string of BCY Dynaflight 10 or 97 is provided with each bow, along with a bow sock.

This is the prime bow of Java Man Archery. Named for author Dave Petersen, the Elkheart is a short, mild forward handle reflex/deflex longbow which is extremely smooth drawing considering it’s length.

The forward handle, in combination with the ergonomic grip, creates surprising stability for such a short bow. The Elkheart is quiet, compact, quick and highly maneuverable. We have incorporated every advantage into the design of the Elkheart.
